Senior Executive - Production Planning & Control (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Role Objective :
- To ensure smooth flow of material & maintain inventory levels to achieve production targets.
- Production Planning
- Co-ordinate for delivery and inspection of motors.
2. Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare monthly / weekly / daily production plans and issue to respective shops.
- Prepare material procurement plan & issue schedules to vendors.
- Ensure uniformity and on time availability of material .
- Ensure On time delivery of motors to customers in coordination with Production, Marketing and Inspection Teams.
- Maintain desired inventory levels
- Reduce stock of slow moving & non-moving items.
- SQP Audit as per plan.
- Arrange material required for spares.
- Assist material dept. in Vendor Development/ Rationalization
3. Technical Skills And Knowledge :
- SAP working knowledge related to PP and MM module. (MRP,BOM)
- Commercial knowledge of procurement activity.
- Product and Process Knowledge
- Vendor capacities and process knowledge.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 2yrs to 7yrs of work experience from Engineering Industry having Batch / Mass Production.
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E.(Mechanical), B.Tech / B.E. (Production/Industrial)
