Senior Executive - Purchase & Procurement (4-5 yrs)
- Strategic Sourcing, Purchase Management for all the input materials like RM, PM, Consumables and Engg Goods.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as finance and production, to meet the organization's needs.
- Managing the Import Operations. Keeping the Compliances with Customs Duty, Customs Laws, notifications, Tariffs, rules and guidelines.
- Proven experience in procurement of finished formulations within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Exposure to import Purchases.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value and ensure favorable supply agreements.
- Identify & Develop the New Vendors for RM & PM. Develop the New Source for the Material.
- Sourcing of Finished Goods. Handling of Third Party & Loan Licenses Sites.
- Knowledge on Import Clearances (Both Sea & Air Consignment)
- Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks efficiently and maintain detailed records.
