Senior Export Executive

- Our client is a fastest growing Nutraceutical Company, and operating in many countries across the globe.

- They are committed for the scientific research i & has been awarded consequently for three years for excellence and innovation in vitamin research.

- Client has created a unique portfolio of products in the key segments like Anti-infective, Nutrition Supplements for all age groups, Infertility Supplement, Pain Management, etc.

- Attend daily meeting with Importer and Senior management for representing update

- To ensure Purchase order and export order data are same and forward to PPC team.

- To check RM, PM, machine order and execute the export order on time.

- Approved FG export order forward to PPC and production team for execution.

- To check HSN code of raw material and inform to CHA for DBK and RoDTEP.

- To create Invoice of FG goods/ RM, PM/ Machine in ERP system.

- To make pre and post documents of goods on time.

- To submit post documents in Bank within time frame.

- To inform the importer of goods order status on time.

- To take call and negotiate freight rate from Air/sea forwarder.

- To coordinate with warehouse team to dispatch the goods as per schedule.

- To coordinate CHA for shipment clearance.

- To maintain documentation as per import country demand.

- Coordinate with importer to update status of goods.

- To check with account department for payment from importer and vendor payment.

- To check shipping bill and submit in account for DBK and MEIS purpose.

- To settle rejection or damaged claim with help of insurance company.

- To clear the imported rejected material from customs.

- Handling third party country movement.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Qualification : Graduate in any field and PG/MBA degree Interested candidates can share their resume .
