Job Outline :
- Responsible for developing the projects from their inception stage and managing the complete design delivery process.
- Working with Top Management for preparing the Design briefs, Design Calculations, feasibility reports and initial design proposals/Concepts/Conceptual studies.
- Reviewing, evaluating and providing feedbacks on the concept design & schematic design prepared by the Consultants - design audit and finalization of the project scheme
- Leading, working, coordinating and providing feedback to the design team during Schematic Design stage, Design development, Tender documentation, Construction Documentation Stage /Working drawings.
