Job Description -
- Overall management of production of composite products and its assembly for Space & aviation requirements.
- Play a proactive role in enhancing the product profile and process development activities to meet the newer demands in the areas of space and civil aviation.
- Responsible for managing the interface with customers
- Responsible for drawing out the action plan, scheduling and execution of production activities to meet the time and quality commitments to the user agencies.
- Responsible for implementing & maintaining the quality systems in accordance with the certification norms required by the user agencies.
- Installation and maintenance of facilities and planning for further growth.
