Job Title : Senior Hardware Engineer
Job Description :
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing microcontroller boards and associated peripheral circuits. The role involves hands-on experience in analog and digital circuit design, power supply design, actuator and motor control circuit design, and proficiency in communication interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, etc.
Responsibilities :
- Design microcontroller boards and associated peripheral circuits.
- Develop analog and digital circuit designs, including board level power supply design (Buck, Boost, LDO, Linear).
- Design actuator and motor control circuits (BDC, BLDC, stepper).
- Utilize communication interfaces like SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, etc.
- Proficient in CAD packages (Altium/ORCAD/Mentor Graphics) for schematic capture and PCB layout design.
- Select components, prepare BOM, perform thermal calculations, and conduct spice simulations.
- Ensure EMI/EMC compliant design.
- Prepare layout guidelines and conduct reviews.
- Create documents such as HDD, test plan, and test reports.
- Conduct board bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic circuits.
- Use equipment like DSO, signal generator, thermal imager, and data logger.
- Perform system-level testing and validation of electronic products.
Added Advantages :

- Experience in electronic product development for consumer applications.
- Knowledge of DRBFM, FMEA, etc.
Additional Skill Set :
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary design team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact intensively within the technical team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and logical skills.
Qualifications : BE/B-Tech/ME/MTech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation-related branches.
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience.
