Profile - Senior Interior Designer

Experience - 2 Years to 3 years

Salary - 18000 to 25000

Qualification - Minimum Graduate/ 3 Years Diploma in Interiors or Civil are preferred.

Requirements:-

- Candidates must be comfortable to attend client's Meetings.

- Must worked on Sketchup, 2D AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-Ray, Revit.

- Candidates should have done the work of all interior projects - modular kitchen, electric Design, plumbing designs, false ceiling, TV units, wardrobes, washroom, Bed room etc, site visits, site survey, client meeting, materials selection etc.

Job Description:-

- Develops design concepts and produces contract documents based on client needs.

- Meets with clients to program the project requirements.

- Takes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations.

- Creates design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.

- Presents design concepts and takes detailed notes to address customer requests.

- Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities.

- Manages the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation.

- Provides follow-up support with customers.

- Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers.

- Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.

- Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects.

- Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within budget.

- Candidates who are comfortable traveling in Delhi NCR and who are living in Delhi/NCR can apply.

Salary & Benefits - Salary as per the experience and work knowledge + plus extra incentives on project completion on time.
