Designation / Position : Sr. Interior Designer

About the Company : A branded Interior Designing company based at Bangalore and having operations across South India. This company is specialized into Residential interiors.

Job Description :

- Handle the team of Interior Designers.

- Prepare, and develop with the team where required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design.

- Meeting with clients and other tradespeople such as architects or builders to discuss the needs of the client.

- Prepare and participate in Design presentations.

- Client interactions & Meetings.

- Satisfy the client's goals and requirements for the project.

- Works and Coordinates with designers, decorators, architects and constructors.

- Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical and partition layouts.

- Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.

- Create a timeline for the interior design project and help in estimating project costs.

- Oversee the design installation on site as per the design elements.

- Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.

- Works closely with architects, artists, contractors, painters, upholsterers, and building inspectors.

- Visit the site after the project is complete, to ensure that the client is satisfied.

Soft Skills : Auto Cad, 3D Max, Google Sketch Up, Power Point Presentation, Excel sheet, MS Word, Photoshop.
