Currently, We are looking for a Sr. Interior Designer in Edappally, Kochi - Kerala.

Designation / Position: Sr. Interior Designer

Company Profile : They are into Modular Home Interiors. A Branded Interior Design company focused on residential and modular interiors.

Job Description :

1. Handle the team of Interior Designers.

2. Prepare, and develop with the team where required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design.

3. Meeting with clients and other trades people such as architects or builders to discuss the needs of the client.

4. Prepare and participate in Design presentations.

5. Client interactions & Meetings.

6. Satisfy the client's goals and requirements for the project.

7. Works and Coordinates with designers, decorators, architects and constructors.

8. Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical and partition layouts.

9. Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.

10.Create a timeline for the interior design project and help in estimating project costs.

11.Oversee the design installation on site as per the design elements.

12.Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.

13.Works closely with architects, artists, contractors, painters, upholsterers, and building inspectors.

14.Visit the site after the project is complete, to ensure that the client is satisfied.

Soft Skills : Autocad, 3D Max, Google Sketchup, PowerPoint Presentation, Excel sheet, MS Word, Photoshop.

Languages : English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu.

Salary Offered : 40K PM Max / Depends on the performance & competency level of the candidates.

Job/Work Location : Edappally, Kochi - Kerala

Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Diploma in Interior Design.
