Senior/Junior Engineer - MEP - Commercial Interior Fitout Projects (3-10 yrs)

- For Senior Engineer (experience range 6-10 Years)
- For Junior Engineer (experience range 3-5 Years)
Role And Responsibilities :
- Commercial Interior Fitout Projects
Design Coordination : Review and provide input on MEP design drawings, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.
Project Planning and Scheduling : Develop MEP project plans and schedules in coordination with the overall interior fitout project timeline.
Team Management : Lead and manage the MEP team, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Budget Management : Develop and manage budgets for MEP components of interior fitout projects.
Quality Assurance : Ensure MEP installations meet industry standards and project specifications.
Construction Oversight : Supervise MEP installation during the construction phase, addressing any on-site challenges.
Risk Management : Identify and mitigate potential risks related to MEP systems and installations.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- Proven experience in MEP management within the context of interior fitout projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
