Senior Landscape Architect/Designer (5-8 yrs)

Job Duties:
- Demonstrated skills in managing projects (or components of) and budgets to meet time and resource requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills; report writing, development of proposals
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and the ability to develop relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate project teams and liaise effectively with staff and at all levels
- Previous experience successfully managing small project teams and exhibits commitment to teambuilding and fostering positive studio morale
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and contribute to own continuing professional development
- Knowledge of contemporary design trends, techniques, materials and planting within the profession.
- Expertise in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of skill in other relevant CAD drafting and 3D modelling packages such as AutoCAD and Sketchup.
- Experience in preparation of technical requirement plans/ Riverfront development/ lake development / streetscape/ landscape.
- Knowledge of different construction methodologies.
- Knowledge of latest Project Management tools.
