Senior/Lead Engineer - Reliability & Safety (4-10 yrs)
- We are looking with people from Mechanical engineering background to join our team of tech enthusiasts.
Below are the roles and responsibilities :
- Performs Reliability, Maintainability, and Safety (RM&S) analyses in accordance with customer specifications to meet FAA/JAA requirements.
Duties :
- Performs reliability prediction analyses (functional and component stress analysis) as per MIL and NPRD standards.
- Performs Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEA) and Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analyses (FMECA) and identify Design opportunities.
- Performs System Safety Analyses (SSA) including Functional Hazard Analysis (FHA) as per ARP standards.
- Develops systems/subsystems Fault Tree Analyses (FTA).
- Provides guidance and helps in creating Best Practices for RM&S Analysis.
- Assists with planning of Reliability Enhancement Testing of electronic and mechanical components.
- Working Knowledge of DOORs for managing RM&S requirements will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge on tools Windchill, Cafta, Reliasoft Weibull++.
- Knowledge of Aircraft safety requirements and certification procedures per ARP4761.
- Must have the ability to communicate issues clearly with all key stakeholders.
- Able to analyze drawings and schematics
