Experience : 1 yr as Operations Executive in Logistics / Courier / Transportation mandatory
Salary : 3.0 L - 4.0 L (annually)
Qualification:Graduation degree
Working Days :10:00 AM - 7:00 PM ( Day Shift ), 6 Days Off Days: Sunday
Job Description :
- Execute service delivery that includes order collection, vehicle placement, tracking, documentation, transaction closures, payments and follow ups
- Ensuring proper route planning
- Analysing and reconciliation of POD
- Work with the tech-product team for alignment and adoption of vendor app
- Work with sales and operations team to identify and bridge supply gaps including vendor identification and on-boarding
- Providing responsive client service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
