Senior Maintenance Engineer (4-9 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform Preventive, Predictive, and Calendar Maintenance as per schedule for all equipment.
- Handle maintenance of Pneumatic and Hydraulic Power Press Machines.
- Ensure Machine Parallelism & Geometric Accuracy for efficient operations.
- Develop and execute Predictive Maintenance Plans for machine health and safety.
- Implement Kaizen Activities to reduce breakdowns and improve productivity.
- Monitor and document Utility Consumption (Power, Water, Effluent).
- Maintain Inventory of Critical Spares and ensure availability.
- Reduce and eliminate Recurring / Repeated Breakdowns.
- Perform Breakdown Analysis and prepare CAPA Reports & 8D Reports.
- Ensure Equipment Downtime is maintained below 5%.
- Coordinate AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Activities for all equipment.
- Maintain compliance documents for ISO 9001, TS-16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45000.
- Ensure proper maintenance of Daily Log Sheets and Shift Handover Records.
- Handle SAP Documentation & Coordination within the department.
- Maintain records of Breakdown History, MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
- Work with DG Sets, HT & LT Panels, and Utility Systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot machines including:
- Power Press Machines
- Bending CNC Machines
- Laser Machines
- TPP Machines
- Compressors & DG Systems
Qualifications :
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
- 5- 8 years of experience in Automotive Sheet Metal Industry
