Senior Management Engineer - Telecom Industry (11-21 yrs)

Post : Senior Manager NOC
Education : B.E in one of the fields:
- Electronics & Communication
- Computer Science
- I.T.
- Electrical
Location : Mumbai
- Atleast 12 years in ISP / Wireline Telco
- Should have handled profile of NOC / Planning preferably in MSO or Wireline Telco
- Extensive knowledge of IP / MPLS & Access Technology (FTTH / DSL / EOC / LAN etc,.)
Job Responsibilities :
- Leading a team of Engineers to provide best in class services to broadband & CATV customers
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing of network incidents and resolution within SLA
- Provisioning of services and network connectivity including integration within / defined timelines
- Decision making & implementation of network monitoring tools & applications
- Automation of incident management and reporting system
- Close coordination with partners, cross functional teams and field staff for day to day activities
Salary:INR 7,50,000 - 12,00,000 P.A.
