Senior Management Expert - Extrusion Process (15-25 yrs)
- Should have hands-on experience in Extrusion Process - Theyshon, Kabra, Windsor machines etc.
- Knowledge of Dies & Ancillaries, Plant Maintenance & Quality Control.
- Sound knowledge of formulations & various BIS standard, ISO: 9000:2008.
- Knowledge of Business dynamics of uPVC, CPVC, PPR Pipes & Fittings.
- Good Analytical Skills.
- Negotiation skills in respect of out sourcing.
- Use of latest techniques such as fish bone diagram, Why-Why analysis etc. for performance analysis.
- Exposed to Systematic Problem solving technique, i.e. - 7 QC tool, Six Sigma or Poka-Yoke.
