Senior Manager/AGM - Boiler Operations (15-22 yrs)
Description :
1. Overall responsible for safe and efficient Installation of Distillery Slop based Boiler & complete Cogen Power Plant and its auxiliary.
2. Responsible for Efficient operation of Boiler, TG and its auxiliary as per design norms by providing proper guidelines and training to Shift Engineers and Field operators/workers from time to time.
3. Responsible for managing All the Man powers in the section, to ensure the healthiness of all machine and equipments and also to manage the all consumables items and spare of the plant to meet the variable steam and power demand as and when required.
4. Responsible for achieving the Budgeted norms and objective set by Management by close monitoring of Budget in SAP, Daily MIS report and also performance of Equipment in field.
5. Overall responsible for Quality control of Fuels to optimize the efficiency of Boiler.
6. Proper Inter and Intra Departmental co-ordination,
7. Compliance of statutory requirement w.r.t. IBR and Environment
8. To ensure the healthiness of all machine and equipments by proper monitoring.
9. To analyze break down through FAR and implementation of technical recommendations.
10. To ensure effective Preventive Maintenance in regular interval of time.
11. Proper evaluation & Inventory Control & Reduction of Maintenance Cost.
12. To control the Pollution and EHS condition of the section as per norms.
13. Making MIS and sending to management timely., implementation of ISO-90001 standards
14. To impart on the job training to operating personnel's.
