Senior Manager/AGM - Machine Shop - Auto Manufacturing (10-15 yrs)
Exciting opportunity for Sr. Manager / AGM at Faridabad (NCR).
An European manufacturing giant is urgently looking for BE/BTech (Mech.) engineers for their Faridabad (NCR) based production cum manufacturing setup.
- Excellent salary, which shall be more than industry standards as well as other benefits and facilities for the right candidate.
- Candidate(s) should be from Faridabad or nearby locations. (preferred) and could join asap or within 30 days.
Main Responsibilities :
- 10 - 15 years of experience (Minimum 4-5 years experience of leading Machine Shop Operations with successful Improvement credentials).
- Ability to lead the entire Machining setup across flow and V&M line.
- Implement, Standardize and Optimize : Programs, Process sheets, Toolings, Jigs and Fixtures, Poka Yoke (Mistake Proofing).
- Design and Development processes for new parts and products. Reduce job work outsourcing cost.
Should have :
- Good Knowledge of Productivity tools.
- Should have completed multiple successful Improvement projects in Machine Shop.
- Indepth knowledge of Toolings, Jigs, Fixtures.
- Knowledge of basic machine related issue and troubleshooting.
Training & certification :
- Hands on experience on SPC and MSA.
- Preferred Six Sigma certified (BB or MB)
