Senior Manager/AGM - Planning (15-27 yrs)

Responsibilities:
- Look Ahead Schedules, Countdown Schedules, Project Close Out & Demobilization Schedules by Project Planning Team.
- Create a weekly critical action required list for the Regional Head and Corporate Planning Head and highlight key bottlenecks for early resolution.
- Preparation of Mobilization Checklist for new projects on award (with a view to complete initial mobilization within 30 days) and monitoring on weekly basis.
- Review of tracked MCPs/TCPs on fortnightly/monthly basis and report the deviations/delays. Compile tracked schedules for all projects in the region and send to HO on 4th of subsequent month.
- Periodical visits to the sites based on criticality and underperformance. Periodic monitoring of critical projects as identified by HO, w.r.t. parameters such as revenue, IDC, physical progress and key bottlenecks and apprising the same to HO monthly.
- Preparation of Internal Weekly P & P reports, Monthly Ppt, Monthly MIS, Regional Dashboards, etc. as per the cut off dates.
- Coordination with site team and ensure submission of planning deliverables such as Client/PMC DPRs, Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports and other reports as stipulated in the contract.
- Review of Delay Notices, Delay Analysis and EOT Documentation. Providing requisite support in this regard to project planning team. Ensure EOT is submitted on time.
- Resource Scheduling, Loading, Monitoring and Productivity Analysis.
- Coordination with Site Planning Team for Formwork utilization reports, Formwork surplus & demobilization report, Material Reconciliation Reports, etc.
- Coordination with Procurement/Commercial Departments for timely appointment of vendors, Review subcontractor schedules and follow up with Site Planning Team.
- BIM Implementation for complex and critical projects Ensure monitoring of 10% Reduction in Timelines for the new projects wherever feasible
- Implementation of Earned Value Management, monthly monitoring and generation of EVM dashboards.
- Prepare/Review of procurement trackers for specialized works (Civil/ Finishes/ MEP) in coordination with RO Procurement team and send updates to HO on fortnightly basis.
- Productivity monitoring implementation and send data to HO every week (either by PnP reports or standalone) and Planning dashboard monitoring.
