Senior Manager/AGM - Production - Electrical Equipment Manufacturing (10-18 yrs)
Looking for a Sr. Manager/AGM- Production for leading consumer electrical equipment Manufacturing Company:
- Ensure ceiling fans production nos. as per the production plan.
- Ensure production schedule adherence.
- Ensure shop wise production like assembly, paint shop, press shop, blade shop
- To improve the OEE of various shops.
- Improve the productivity.
- Coordinate with marketing, head office to ensure on time delivery of required fans.
- 5S on shop floor and do shop wise audit
- To ensure coordinate for implementation of Cost saving project in manufacturing and 2b2 to be made to monitor the same by account department
- Monitoring of rejection levels & take corrective actions
- To coordinate for production plan on daily & weekly basis
- To ensure the availability of manpower in different shops as per the requirement
- Motivate the team members for achieving various targets of productivity, production nos., improvement in rejection levels & other improvement initiatives.
- To coordinate with IR department for resolution of labor related conflict if any.
Key Points :
- BE/B. Tec. (Mechanical) Full time Degree.
- Someone who is responsible for Production, Planning and Control.
