Senior Manager/AGM - Quality Control - HT Power Cable Plant (10-12 yrs)

Education : B.E/B.Tech - Electrical Engineering.
Job Description :
- To handle/plan/strategies third party and customer inspection with prime objective of 100% successful inspection.
- To handle internal and external customer complaint and timely resolution for the same at plant.
- To impart as an important role in New Product Development.
- Over all man Power Planning, delegation of tasks, review of performance of each team member of testing department.
- To monitor and review various documentation of testing department like Quality Plan, G.T.P, and all tests reports for internal and customer inspection.
- To coordinate with all internal departments like, production, design, despatch, marketing and customers, third party inspection agencies for timely inspection and despatch of finished products.
- To implement 5 S and safe working conditions at each operations of testing department.
