Position SR. Manager / AGM - Rolling Mill Mechanical
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Will be responsibility for overall mechanical maintenance activity of Rolling Mill.
- Plan and execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all mechanical equipment in the Mill.
- In-depth knowledge of the Rolling Mill mechanical systems, Bar & Section Mill (BSM), Alloy Steel Mill (ASM) and workshop along with Hydraulic, Pneumatics. (Our Product: Long round products with many grades and Wire Rod)
- Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance strategies for the Rolling Mill Maintenance Systems.
- Ensuring health of equipment by implementing preventive maintenance and condition monitoring system.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the mechanical department, overseeing all activities related to mechanical maintenance, repairs, and improvements in the Rolling Mill.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in mechanical operations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure the integrity and timeliness of all data fed into SAP to facilitate interdepartmental requirements.
- Development and Coaching of Direct reports, Ensure the quality of maintenance, acquisition and retention of Talent in the Team.
- To follow The Guidelines / System of ISO & IATF Certification and Maintain TPM, 5S.
