Senior Manager/AGM - Supply Chain & Customer Service - Automobile Industry (10-15 yrs)
Designation: Sr. Manager/ AGM - ( Supply Chain and Customer Service)
Department: Operations ( Supply Chain and Customer Service )
a) Preferred Age: Up to 43 yrs.
b) Educational Qualification: BE Mechanical if possible with MBA ( Supply Chain ).
c) Experience (Nature and number of years):- up to 15 yrs.
d) Any Specific Industry- Automobile Industry ( Should have exposure to Tier 1 Auto Industries )
e) Skills & Competencies:
i) 10+ years of Experience, preferably from an Automotive background in Supply Chain.
ii) Must have expertise in:
- Implant Logistics
- Inbound and Outbound Logistics
- Should have managed customers mainly in OEMs
iii) Technical: Customer Service, SAP, Planning & Supply Chain tools, MS office ( high proficiency in Excel ), Working knowledge in Logistics management
iv) Generic: People Management, Planning, and Organizing, Data Analysis, Stress tolerance, Communication &presentation
f) Areas of expertise required: Managing Customers / Key Accounts for Supply in a Dynamic Environment.
