Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Electrical Production - Manufacturing Firm (12-17 yrs)
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent with experience in the manufacturing process.
- Total 12-15 years of experience in Electrification production (preferably Electric/Electronic companies or Automobile companies)
- Minimum 5 years of Managerial experience with people leadership and budget responsibility
- Experience in working across functional/business lines in a global organization.
- Experience in production management & operations management, managing team of production technicians with educational background in Electrical / Electronic engineering
- Experience in electronic / automobile, assembly and testing of products in software, handling shop floor workmen, with experience in electrical / electronic manufacturing and process engineering.
- Financial and commercial business understanding
- Excellent knowledge on operations, production and supply chain management
- Experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Project and change management skills.
- Good knowledge on automation systems
- Knowledge on labour laws and industrial relations
- Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to provide feedback both orally and in writing.
- Problem-solving ability.
