Broad Roles/ Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulation and company policy.
- Lead, Train, and develop plant staff.
- Ensure continuous supply of combustion air as per customer requirements.
- Operate equipment like Blowers, compressor, Booster, Driers, Vacuum pumps, Valves etc.
- Monitoring equipment performance and make adjustment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assures and Optimize maintenance practices and procedures to achieve cost effective results including scheduling of resources, proper training, and high quality execution with focus on safety, availability & reliability.
- Leads execution of planned and unplanned shutdowns, including job plan, cortical path schedule, tracking, and high quality execution.
- Continuous improvement in maintenance methods and procedures, reducing MTTR and improving MTBF.
- Conduct RCA of failures and observation for improvements and rectification.
- Adopt best engineering practices, systems and procedures in operation, maintenance and Upkeep of plant.
- Ensure effective preventive maintenance and condition based maintenance.
- Preparation of scope of work and SMP as per OEM recommendations.
- Maintain records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
Skill Set required:
- Strong Knowledge in Troubleshooting Rotary equipment's, Startup, Shutdown Procedure, Overhauling methods, Alignment Techniques, Bearing inspection and rectification methods.
- Strong understanding of Operation and Maintenance of Axial Blower, Turbo Blower, Series Blowers, Fans, Vacuum pump, Screw compressor, Reciprocating compressors...
- Proficiency in Process Control System.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of team.
- Knowledge in SAP.
- Ability to make decision under pressure and solve problems effectively
- Excellent leadership, communication and Interpersonal skills.
