Senior Manager - Civil Engineering (9-10 yrs)

Key Responsibility Area:

1. Oversee the creation, review, and negotiation of contracts with suppliers, contractors, and other service providers.

2. Ensure contracts are legally sound and in alignment with company policies and requirements.

3. Monitor contract performance, compliance, and resolve any issues that may arise.

4. Vendor Management.

5. Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and suppliers based on quality, reliability, and pricing.

6. Collaborate with vendors to improve their performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

7. Establish and maintain a vendor database for efficient procurement.

8. Budget Oversight.

9. Manage and control the procurement budget to optimize spending and cost effectiveness.

10. Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost analysis, and savings achieved.

11. Quality Assurance.

12. Ensure all materials and services procured meet the high-quality standards expected in luxury real estate development.

13. Collaborate with project teams to uphold quality and luxury in all aspects of procurement and contracts.

14. Compliance and Risk Management.

15. Stay up-to-date with all applicable laws and regulations related to procurement and contracts.

16. Mitigate and manage risks associated with procurement and contracts.

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
