- Senior Manager Custom Clearance - Rule 8, Rule 6, Rule 9 Passed Out

- The ideal candidate must be in the similar role with team handling experience - both sea & air with custom Rule 6, 8 or 9 passed.

Job details :-

- Look after all custom clearance process for all imports and exports shipments.

- Pre-Post Import Documentation (Preparation of documents for submission via Ice-Gate in Customs and DGFT as per Import & Export Policy and Customs Tariff.

- Liaison with Customs to complete the formalities of Clearance of imports shipments & Exports Shipments.

- Knowledge about Custom Tariff, Excise Tariff, Customs Notification, Manual Duty Calculation and Preparation of Manual Bill of Entry.

- Advice & Assist to management to finalize matters related to Import - Export policy & Licensing matters.

- Keeping records of the shipments done through the organization.

- Follow-up on the shipments status with various shipping lines / Air Lines / Forwarders and provide the same to the clients

- Making Miscellaneous Reports on Shipments and providing the same to Clients and Higher Authorities of the company.

- Having experience of Custom Clearance on all Custom ports in Mumbai.

- Having Good Professional relationship with Custom Officials. Looking all work movements in company.

- Coordination with new clients and provide them Quotation for Getting new business and more profit to the firm.

- Payments follow up with client and assuring them our best Service at all times.
