Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager - Foam Fabrication (12-20 yrs)
- Experience in Foam Fabrication and Conversion
- Overall responsibility for all conversion units located in South Zone for development/new business /control /execution / yield.
- Coordination for NBD activities for zone /scrutinizing / DFM /execution
- Responsibility for Router Machine production with new developments
- Re-engineering on existing products (Value addition).
- Design & development and making drawings for New/existing products.
- New development for design of dies/value Engineering
- Monitoring job workers production plan vs actual made on daily basis/ weekly basis for zone.
- Maintaining MOQ for all JIT customers if any material shortfall, inform to job workers done by fabricator / communicate the concern marketing / customers
- Planning for input material for all regular customers and check with all plants & input material feed to job worker on daily basis
- Responsible for Monthly stock / Material reconciliation taking at all conversion units.
