Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager - Procurement & Contract - Oil & Gas (15-25 yrs)
Should have good exposure on the P&C pertaining to Pipeline, either worked with a contractor /EPC or client companies. 
 Should have handled large contracts
 Should be B.E.who has either worked in Gas / Crude Pipeline.

PROCUREMENT & CONTRACTS :
-  Assisting BU head with monitoring Project Progress and mobilizing/Allocating resources for various project sites 
-  Design SOP (Standard Operating Process) for Contract department Overall function.
-  Possess sound knowledge of all contract Resources and their applicability.
-  Drafting the Contracts of various major packages in Co-ordination with Legal department.
-  Making the comparison statement for the award of sub contract &labour contract keeping the direct cost as a base line.
-  Coordinate with finance staff to ensure proper billing and collection of contractual revenue
-  Issue The Work Orders to the Sub contractors & finalizing the Commercial conditions with them.
-  Authenticate BOQ prepared by Consultant and in house team and suggest for value engineering and to incorporate additional Technical inputs, if necessary.
-  Fulfill all the obligations towards contract Such as submission of Bank Guarantees, Insurance & Other Guarantees. & Keeping Track of the same.
-  Negotiation with the Vendors Recommending prospective Vendor and obtaining approval of management. Site visit for Short listing of various Vendors
-  Monitoring the Budget V/S actual Contract Value of the entire package before short listing of any Vendor.
-  Negotiation with the sub contractors &  resolution of Various Disputes related to Contracts.
-  Ensure timely delivery as per Project Planning schedule.
-  Co-ordination with Consultants, Sub-Contractors, In house HODs and Project Managers for resolving various issues.
-  Verify the Change request due to Variation and Extra items received from Project manager for placing Amendment Orders.
-  Contractual correspondence for Extension of time, Virtual Completion Certificate, Liquidated damages and other contractual claims and issues raised by the Vendors.
-  Preparation of Contractual Letters in consultation with Site Team 
-  Vendor development including their registration, assessment and ascertaining grading to all Vendors.
-  Closure of the Contracts and informing Management for final Budget V/S Actual status.
-  Develop and prepare regular reports on the status of contracts.
-  May provide direction to contract specialists and staff regarding relevant contract provisions
-  Any other assignments by management.
