Senior Manager - Design HVAC (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Should collaborate with the Product Management for with regards to market-based cost target for various product lines
- Should adhere to completing projects on time with regards to DtV
- To track the progress and resolve issues of projects
- To implement the Design-to-Value methodology for the assigned product lines
- Should have an innovative mind for generation of new ideas for cost reduction & increase in value of products
- To implement the new ideas and tracks the progress of it
- To closely monitor the progress of the new ideas
To share accountability of delivering business results through DtV resulting in increased order / revenues, offering increased margin and more customer value creation
- To monitor and control efficient resource utilization to ensure customer value creation
- To operate in line with
- Operates in line with the DtV governance rhythm and to seek continuous improvement on the DtV reference process and tools
- To Identify operational difficulties in the specified project and to lead the DtV teams in the towards generation of ideas and solutions
- To supervise risk and formulate strategies to control risks
- To drive the Design-to-Value, drives transformation smoothly along with reduction in cost
Candidate Profile :
Education Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech- Mechanical
Experience : 10-15 years
Functional/Technical Skills :
- Analytical Skills
- Good knowledge of contemporary technology
- Sound knowledge on HVAC Products
- Conversant with cost reduction tools
