Senior Manager/DGM/Head - Supply Chain - Quality Chemical Ingredients Firm (10-12 yrs)
Position: Sr. Manager / DGM / Head - Supply Chain (Leading Quality Chemical Ingredients Company)
Role:
- Coordination with Sales, Logistics & Plant for production planning and raw material flow
- Forecasting of chemicals and feed stock prices on Quarterly basis
- To develop strategic and operating plans to insure that the company has the appropriate resources to support current forecasted business and projected growth
- Raw material and packaging sourcing
- Production line scheduling
- Budget analysis related to capacity, production and inventory planning
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience out of which minimum 3 years should be in leadership role with a Pharma, Pesticides or Chemical MNC with exposure to Techno commercial expertise in Material Sourcing, Procurement & Coordination, implementing cost saving measures, Vendor Development
- B.Sc with Material Management
- Excellent communications, persuasion / influencing interpersonal skills to interface at all levels, internally as well as externally
- Displays high energy levels
- Ability to work in ambiguity
- Develops and leads, on a consistent basis, well-aligned strategies that win commitment for key initiatives, inclusive of all stakeholders
- Stimulates the team/organisation to find better solutions and apply them optimally
- Translates corporate business goals into well-defined performance plans for the organisation and designs and manages performance management processes that deliver results
