Senior Manager - Estimation - Real Estate (8-12 yrs)

Position: Senior Manager - Estimation ( Candidates Form Real Estate Developer or Company need only apply)

Salary : 12 LPA to 14 LPA

Education : B.Tech or B.E. in Civil from a reputed institute

Experience : 8 - 12 Years of Experience in a Real Estate Company & Should be Currently working as Manager - Estimation.

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee preparation of estimates for various projects

- Ensure that drawings are obtained and available on time for estimation of various projects.

- Understand architectural and service drawings, technical specifications and requirement of the projects and communicate it to the team.

- Liaise with Purchase department to know new materials.

- Check and approve the estimation prepared by the team for different projects.

- Ensure timely delivery of Estimates

- Keep tab on new drawings & requirements.

- Monitor progress of Estimation preparation.

- Timely updation of Estimates.

- Area calculations.

- Liaison with various functions

- Ensure timely coordination with the execution team to work out the bill of quantity for the estimates prepared.

- Interact with Chief Engineer to resolve queries regarding the Estimates.

- Ensure that justification letters are given for quantity or extra items as may be required during the construction stage

- Make necessary addendum and communicate to the Construction team.

- MIS design and implementation

- Critically review all the standard processes used for preparing estimations & documents and suggest improvements.

- Co-ordinate with the R & D Department on any information related new processes and technology.

- Monitors MIS function of the estimation.

- Analyze the various MIS reports sent by departments and branches.

Accountable for team development and management

Finalize KRAs of subordinates and evaluate their performance.

Identify and review training needs of direct reports and nominate them for relevant training programs.

Ensure training on Contracts and Estimation, Functional & Behavioural areas.

Review and assist in performance improvement through continuous feedback, motivation, job rotation and guidance/mentoring.
