Senior Manager - Forging (11-18 yrs)
Job Details :
- Design and development of Cold Forged parts (gears preferred) as per customer-specific drawing specifications,
- Drawing feasibility for cold forging.
- Understanding on topography and quality requirements for bevel gear.
- Designing Cold Forging Process Flow.
- Designing Dies.
- Knowledge of raw materials used for dies and tooling for cold forging.
- Forming simulation.
- Design and Development of dies and tooling.
- Knowledge of die manufacturing process.
- Troubleshooting in daily production and process related concerns
- Continual improvement/ VAVE projects
- Conducting scheduled quality reviews with CFT.
Candidate Profile :
- BTECH, Mechanical - 12 to 15 Years, Diploma in Mechanical - 15 to 20 Years
- Knowledge of the Cold Forging process, Tooling, Suppliers,
- Experienced in setting up cold forging process.
- Sound knowledge of cold Forging & Machining process
- Excellent spoken and Written English skills & interpersonal skills.
