Act as a warranty expert and main point of contact, providing advice, support, training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

- Lead Warranty, Recall, Product Program and Out-of-Policy development and implementation throughout India & International.

- To improve warranty procedures and reinforce warranty policy.

- Responsible for leading the various teams, processing of incoming warranty claims for the various markets.

- Lead the development of Recall and Product Program policy for the global.

- Provide relevant management reports for leadership and market teams on a regular basis.

- Develop and implement process improvements for reporting of warranty and recall management.

Desired Profile :

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or other equivalent technical field.

- At least 1-2 years recent warranty experience in motorcycle or a similar industry

- Management of safety recalls and warranties.

- Strong Team management experience is must.
