We are looking for candidates from Sheet Metal and Heavy Fabrication industries and NOT Plastic Moulding
Candidates should be -
1) From companies in Sheet metal
2) Companies into heavy fabrication
3) good at Assembling/welding
4) Painting
5) B.Tech
Role -
The Production Head -
1) Will be responsible for complete production related aspects
2) PPC
3) Production targets
4) Ensure on time delivery to the customers
5) Implementation and usage of ERP solutions
6) Vendor selection / management
7) Capacity and logistics planning
8) Ensure that productions run smoothly
9) Meet deadlines
10) Adherence to budgets.
He will report to the Plant Head.
