Senior Manager/Head - Quality Assurance/FSQA (14-18 yrs)
Sr. Manager - Quality Assurance (Corporate role as Head - FSQA)
Function: Quality Assurance (Foods)
Ideal Candidate : 15-18 years of relevant experience on QA / FSQA in Foods/ Poultry in a shop-floor set-up and not R&D. Preference for those with language proficiency in Hindi & English. Should have relevant Graduate / Post-graduate qualifications in Agri/ Food-Processing.
Designation- Head QA (Corporate)
Function: Quality Assurance (Foods)
Ideal Candidate : 15 years of relevant experience in QA / FSQA in Foods/ Poultry in a shop-floor set-up and not R&D. Should have relevant Graduate / Post-graduate qualifications in Food Technology.
Main role :
- Conducting and Leading Annual audits of RMPM suppliers
- Responsible for Customer's (Large Key Accounts) doing audits at our plants and Distribution Centres
- Customer complaint analysis, handling and seeking customer feedback for improvement and maintenance of product quality, and specific actions taken on customer complaints
- GMP audit for plants, compiling and updating to Plant managers done by team, and giving guidance where necessary
- Microbe report compilation and sending to all concerned departments.
- Laying down specification sheets and signing for Poultry-based as well as Veg products
- Policy training.
- FSSAI licensing for new plants, Distribution Centers, New product inclusion, Renewal for existing plants.
- Food Safety Management System (ISO22000:2005) Documentation review.
- Any food-regulations to be implemented and hence to be totally in control of new or existing regulations
- Technical support and process improvement including Kaizen and continuous improvement
- Monitoring the FSQA Budget
Team size: the 3 Regional/ Plant QA Heads will report into this role.
