Senior Manager/Head - Quality - Auto (10-15 yrs)
Incharge of receiving inspection, Quality Systems (ISO 9000 - 2001), Lead the team if engineers for receiving inspection, Monitoring and controlling daily inspection on time,
- Controlling Quality GRN on time, Initiate 8D for NC if any and closely monitor actions with the suppliers,
- Monitoring of long term actions from suppliers and supporting for process audits,
- Support production for part analysis and initiate containment action,
- Very good knowledge of ISO 9000 - 2001 & 14001 & E&S systems,
- System adherence and audits,
- Providing training of ISO standards, Supplier selection process, Part Development, Design changes, conduct supplier system & process audit, MR is a must in maintaining ISO documents and systems throughout the company.
- Participating in New Product Development and ensure new product related activities are completed on time
- Participate in manufacturing engineering processes like FMEA, control plan, root cause analysis etc.,
