Senior Manager - HVAC Projects & Services (8-12 yrs)
Job description :
- Guiding a team of Territory Managers on installation & commissioning of evaporative cooling machines & low side work
- Ensure revenue recognition in Projects & Service functions including spare parts sales and sale of other service products
- Providing strategic direction to team on processes and future courses
- Collection of dues through team
- Procurement of low side items through proper negotiation with contractors and vendors
- Customer complaint management
- Develop and guide team of Engineers/Managers/Support staff/technicians/Franchisees through continuous training and certification programs
- Guide team in implementing ERP
- Coordination with other departments like Sales, Manufacturing and Engineering to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Setting up processes and suggest improvements in existing SOPs in Projects & Service functions.
