Senior Manager - HVAC - Railway Brakes Manufacturing Industry (15-25 yrs)
Our Client: This is a Leading Railway Brakes Manufacturing Organisation in India. They require a Sr. Resource for Rail HVAC R&D.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Finalize the design.
- Guide the design and development team working on mechanical, electrical and software design.
- Provide support to quality, process, and manufacturing teams.
- Pneumatic routing, electrical schematic, wire harnessing and component selection.
- Support in preparing the layout and procurement of equipment for various test rigs to be built in house.
- Define system requirement specifications.
- Component selection to meet the quality, time and delivery objectives of the project.
- Define and monitor RAMS targets
- Perform LCC (Life Cycle Cost) analysis and ensure the targets are met.
- Knowledge of welding procedures used in HVAC design is Mandatory.
- Knowledge of EMI / EMC guidelines.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Experience : 15+ yrs.
- Educational Qualifications: B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical)
- Industry Preferred : Railroad Manufacturing / HVAC / RMPU / Air Conditioner / Auto / Engineering Industry
