Senior Manager - Interior Design (10-18 yrs)
Job Description :
- Well versed with planning, designing, detailing, coordinating and identifying the requirements for Hotel Interiors.
- Should be good at design co-ordination.
- Designing the interior ambience using appropriate design techniques and elements.
- Adept at designing, execution, contracting negotiations, preparation of concept & schematic design, development of various stages of the project designs, project planning, estimate and budget planning.
- Proficiency in creating designs & relevant plans, layouts, a balance combination of appropriate textures, colors, lights & shadows, materials, cost, construction & technology, working drawings and managing resources to ensure timely execution of projects.
