We are looking for Sr Mgr ( IT Procurement) for the Delhi office of the client

The details are as follows :

2) Job Title - Sr Mgr (IT Procurement)

3) Experience -8- 14 years of relevant experience in procurement of IT products

Only from product based companies

- Should have end to end procurement experience

4) Location - Delhi

Responsibilities :

Job responsibilities :

- 4-5 key deliverables, specify Area/ territory to be managed, if applicable

- Devise and use efficient tech-sourcing strategies, including new-age digital buying.

- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships

- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries

- Develop an efficient vendor management process for effective negotiation with the vendors and promotion of key supplier relationships to deliver breakthrough performance in cost, advantageous service terms and quality

- Innovate and identify opportunities for broader savings in inventory and warehousing costs

- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements

- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs

- Lead the team for training on data systems such as MDSD to ensure accurate data handling and recording

- Organize and monitor MIS pertaining to market quoted rates, stock & consumption pattern, and share the analysis with the management for effective decision making

Prior Role :

Work Experience Preferred - detailed information about the required background

- B Tech with minimum 7 years + experience in IT Procurement- hardware, software, data centres, cloud storage, licenses etc.

Required skills and competencies :

- Proven working experience as a procurement manager or procurement officer

- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in - reading- the market

- Talent in negotiations and networking

- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers

- Experience in collecting and analyzing data

- Strong leadership capabilities

- B Tech with knowledge on supply chain management
