We have an opening with our leading client - Cement Manufacturing company looking out for a Senior Manager - Logistics @ Kurnool (Andhra Pradesh Location)

Position : Senior Manager Logistics
Location : Nandyal Plant, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh
Reporting to : DGM Logistics, Plant
Reportees : AM, OFFICERs, Offroll employees.
Education : Any graduate/ BE/ Management
Experience : 12-18 years.
Age not more than 48 years
Industry preference : Cement, steel, fertiliser, chemical ( in order of preference)
Offer compensation : Negotiable
Position description:
The role will be responsible for Logistics operations of the existing Cement plant.
- Candidate should have Cement Industry Experience in Logistics Operations in Rail, Road Movement.
- Must have capabilities in complete logistics management Depot & CFA, Packaging plant operations and EPC projects (Rail, Road movements).
- Forecast stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and performance evaluations.
- Evaluate and develop best practices in logistics.
- Process Re-engineering and develop strategies to save cost.
Oversee and ensure all logistics-related operations comply with applicable environmental, health, safety, transport and other regulatory rules and regulations.
- Liaison with Govt agencies ( Railways/Shipping Department), Freight negotiation and Transport Development.
Salary:INR 14,00,000 - 24,00,000 P.A.
