Senior Manager/Manager - Cost & Procurement - Real Estate (10-15 yrs)
Designation:- Sr. Manager / Manager, Cost & Procurement - Real Estate
Experience : Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in quantity Surveying and experience in property management Services will be an advantage, Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
- A self-driven team player with good planning, organizing, communication and interpersonal skills Good working knowledge of MS Office applications Willing to travel
Qualification : Degree/Diploma in Building/Estate Management/Engineering
Skills : Analytical Skills, Good communication & Presentation skills, Teamwork, self-starter& go getter. Good Disposition, customer focused and knowledge of MS Office

- Assist Head, Development and Service India to develop policies, Standards, SOPs & best practices for cost and procurement
- Assist to evaluate and suitability of cost estimate to support portfolio management and India ops in proposal relating to investment, divestment and assets enhancement
- Assist to develop and retain domain expertise in cost & procurement management
- Assist to monitor and tracking financial performance of project execution.
- Collaborate with liaise with HQ on corporate standards, requirements and processes.
