Senior Manager/Manager - Utility - Automobile (7-12 yrs)
Job Description:
Purpose:-
Ensuring uninterrupted Utility Supplies to plant manufacturing facilities, those supplies shall be most cost effective & efficient. In doing so we use environment friendly, safe processes in a morale boosting atmosphere for working manpower.
Responsibilities:-
1. Ensure uninterrupted utility supplies to all plant to achieve maximum production
2. Minimise Power & Fuel cost, R&M cost & related parameters for utility section to reduce plant input costs
3. To create a harmonious environment so that everybody is contributing to fullest & team training
4. To establish mechanism to promote innovation for generating improvement ideas via IMP/RCT to further enhance productivity
Challenges:-
1. To bring in new techniques to further bring down energy costs & repair costs considering new plant installed with best technologies
2. To keep updating skills of new team members & team managers to constantly motivate them for focus on the job
