Senior Manager - Manufacturing & Design - Die (12-18 yrs)

About Company :
GLOBAL ALUMINIUM (P) Ltd., an ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 accredited Company,engaged in manufacturing of premium quality Aluminium profiles. It operates 2 advanced automated units strategically located very close to each other at Kallakal Village of Medak district.
Job Purpose :
- To execute the works in tool room dept. as assigned by in charge.
Responsibilities :
- Execute the monthly plan and provide perfect Dies for all the Extrusion to P6.
- Responsible for the Die correction in P6.
- Continuous monitoring at press for critical Dies and guide the production personnel on Die handling.
- Attending trails of new & corrected Dies.
- Inspection of incoming Dies and new Dies bolster checking and separating scrap dies from the storage.
- Guide the Die-corrector in critical Die correction and monitoring profile correction.
- Making of new product trial samples.
- Maintaining the Die correction log books.
- Guide the team & plan continual /cost savings improvements.
- Maintaining record as per ERP and ISO documentation.
Requisite Skills :
- Should have profound knowledge of all the machines pertains to tool room.
- Should have Good knowledge of drawing and modifications needed.
- Should have vast knowledge about critical spare, delivery of critical spare, insurance spare inventory of store and controlling of purchase requisition raised by departmental agencies.
Desired Skills :
- Good communication skills.
- Able to handle workforce.
- Well experience on problem solving and Root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced production environment, often under time constraints.
