Senior Manager - Operation - Food Industry (10-15 yrs)
Job Description:
One of our Client is looking for Senior Manager - Operation for Chennai Location
JD: B.E (Food Technologies) /BSc / Msc (food science Technology) with minimum 10 to 15 yrs experience in controlling & monitoring process parameters in production. Should be from spice or masala background.
Key skills include:
- Good knowledge/ Exposure to Spice / Masala / Rice production and storage system
- Good knowledge in QA & statistical evaluation.
- Knowledge in vendor management;
- Good knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, GHP system standards & auditing skills;
- Good Labour & staff Management skills;
- Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing & supply chain;
- Strong skills in train on Quality systems; Food safety; hygiene
- Knowledge of English, Tamil and Malayalam (preferable)
Age below: 45 yrs
Location: Chennai
Salary:INR 10,00,000 - 13,00,000 P.A.
