Responsibilities :

Qualification: Full time B.E./ B.Tech. in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Metallurgical Engg from AICTE Approved Institutes

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs of relevant work experience

- Environment, Health and safety. Plant up keep, Housekeeping and Amenities.

- CRCA Planning & Production

- Product Quality and Process Losses

- Culture of continuous improvement. People Development / Engagement, Training, Suggestion, DM, SGA, quality circle, TPM circle / Team, Manthan, improvement projects, Benchmarking with other plant and processes. TQM and Continuous Improvement Processes.

- Failure and delay Analysis

- Legal, Statutory and mandatory requirements

- Operational Consumables and spares

- Conversion cost / Cost

- Contract Management. CSM Standard.

- Miscellaneous tasks as and when they arise in collaboration with relevant agencies & Chief, Head and other team members.

- External / Internal certification - TS16949, SA8000, ISO14000, ISO9000 etc.

- Key process parameters and KPI.

- CAPEX and MCRC proposals.

- ABP, BO&S, LTP development

Note :

Primary Skills : Metallurgical routes for CGL application, HR Products, characteristics and usage, CR process and its impact on galvanising, Galvanising Theories and application, CR steel grades - physical metallurgy, Cold Rolling processes, CR customers and processes/ end products

Secondary Skills :

Education : B.Tech/B.E.

Branches : Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgy

Experience : 5.00 To 10.00 Years
