Key Responsibilities:

- Provide pre-sales technical support for Protection Relays, FRTU, and Arc Protection solutions.

- Drive and support product prescription for Protection Relays, FRTU, and Arc Protection.

- Manage product approvals (homologation) for Protection Relays, FRTU, and Arc Protection.

- Assist the business development team with training, product presentations, and demonstrations for customers (end users, distributors, panel builders, etc.).

- Lead the launch of new products in the Protection Relays, FRTU, and Arc Protection categories.

- Support the business development team in executing product pilot projects.

- Share technical requirements and business insights with the central team.

- Assist the tendering team in relay selection and ensuring technical compliance with specifications.

- Contribute to sales growth and promotion of key strategic product offerings.

- Train and upskill the internal sales team on Protection Relays, FRTU, and Arc Protection.

Requirements :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

- Strong technical expertise in Protection Relays, FRTU, and Arc Protection systems.

- Understanding of LV and MV Electrical Distribution systems.

- Knowledge of communication protocols used in electrical systems.

- Basic understanding of business strategies, market segments, and target customers for Protection Relays & FRTU.

- Fluency in English and Hindi.
