- Preparing Base line schedule
- Tracking schedule, catch up schedule
- Resources requirements
- Tracking contractor appointment & material purchase
- Tracking laisioning & approval
- Tracking Consultants drgs & deliverable
- Weekly / Bi weekly / monthly progress report
- Delay analysis
- Preparing MIS repot
- PRM PPT
- Critical issues flag raising
- Maintaining event records
- Budget tracking.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
- Post-graduation /diploma from NICMAR/other reputed planning institute.
- 11+ years experience in multiple Residential & commercial project handling experience from Beginning to handover of the project
- Computer proficiency: AutoCAD, MSP, Primavera, MS office
