Senior Manager - Plant & Machinery Valuation (6-14 yrs)
This job is to manage the advisory business of the plant & machinery valuation for Mumbai region. The person should be capable of independently managing the P&M Valuations. He/She should be in a position to lead a team and also drive this business
- Completes all allocated valuations to a high quality, in a professional manner, within required timeframes,
and in accordance with company requirements and client instructions.
- He/she should be Master of Valuation (Plant & Machinery)/B E (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical etc.)/Diploma with at least 2 year of experience in the field of valuation of plant & machinery
- He/she must be able to identify the machinery and should be able to understand the technical description of the same
- He/she should be willing to travel outdoor for inspections of the movable assets
- He/she should be willing to travel preferably in the night for outdoor inspection
- He/she must have the ability to perform and be proficient in geometrical and mathematical calculations in terms of depreciation etc.
- He/she should be able to understand/judge the condition, obsolesces, life of the machinery etc
- He/she must have knowledge of basic computer systems and software
- He/she must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Participates in team meetings and collaborates by sharing ideas and information with others.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
